Job Description
Best Tile is looking to add a smart, motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow, and who is passionate about delivering creative solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
On any given day, you’ll work in a collaborative team environment to assist retail customers in all phases of tile, marble and stone product selection and installation.
• Greet customers, offer immediate assistance, & assist customers in choosing design options
• Research product information and availability to prepare estimates and to enter order information
• Ensure customer understanding of availability, terms, status, and delays
• Work with customers and managers to resolve problems and provide ongoing support
Requirements
• Design and color coordination skills
• Desire to connect with people and build relationships
• Self-motivation, detail orientation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of basic computer functions
