Responsibilities
Best Tile has an opening for a (Full Time) Design Sales Consultant who will:
• Use your expertise in home décor to inspire customers to create tile design solutions
• Field requests and inquiries from customers, vendors, and members of the Showroom Team
• Help maintain the cleanliness of the Showroom layout
• Assist with in-store and off-site events and programs
Requirements
• Design Sales experience; home/bath/kitchen preferred
• Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations
• Excellent communication and time management skills, balancing multiple priorities and working well under pressure in a retail environment
• Excellent organizational skills; solid computer and systems skills
• Highly collaborative and team oriented; ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs
• Design Certificate and/or Associate's Degree in interior design, architecture, marketing or equivalent is preferred
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule with Thursday evening and Saturday day hours required
• Ability to pass a post-offer employment screening, which includes drug testing, and a background check
