You’ll notice various changes in the way our showrooms and warehouses look, as well as new practices and protocols. We are here to support you with these changes.

Our goal is to ensure that you feel safe and welcome at any Best Tile location. Together, we can navigate the complexities of our "new normal".


Here are some things we are implementing to help keep our stores safe and to support you:
  • Mandatory COVID-19 Protocol Training for all staff.
  • Mandatory signage throughout our stores to inform and support the health protocols.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing schedules for our work stations, products and public spaces.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for employees & customers.
  • Maximum capacity signage in our stores to limit the number of people that are on-site at any given time and to support social distancing.

Here are some things we ask of you to help us keep our stores and warehouses safe:

  • Please stay at home if you feel sick. You can place orders online or by phone, including for sample pick-up or shipment.
  • Wash your hands often with hot water and soap, for a recommended minimum of 20 seconds.
  • Stay at least 6’ apart when moving through our store and when working with our employees.
  • You may be required to wear a face mask or cloth face covering in the store.
  • Be considerate of our teams as they are enforcing our Health Protocols.
  • Call, email, message, or video conference as much as possible rather than meet in person.
  • Speak with a member of our management team if you have questions or concerns.
